Little Morning Sunshine (blog) Life Is Responding To How You Think And Act..... How are you treating your Self, are you honouring your Soul with kindness, compassion, and Self-Love? Do you yet recognize where you are falling into old patterns, constantly relying on your Ego to dictate who you are! Life will respond to you in the way you set it up, in other words, if you are not walking the Spiritual path you laid out for your Self before you were born, then very likely you are caught up in the Western cause, an effect which will only serve you for so long. What if your current job doesn’t feel like the real thing? Perhaps it was when you trained for it way back when and the only thing on your mind many years ago was landing that dream job but what if it isn’t your dream anymore, what do you do? You very likely will respond to your situation with what you have been taught about how life works. Security is the key in life or so ‘they’ say - change comes with a price, don’t go altering the flow of patterns that have been in the family for generations, ‘what, you are thinking of changing careers, or worse quitting your job, are you crazy’! Not only will the Ego chirp this in your ear using a very loud fog horn, but there will be many persons in your life that will mumble this to you as well and with convincing conviction. The truth is, if you intuitively feel like you are no longer satisfied with the work that you are currently in, if you’re just plain tired or bored of it, if the stress the BS, the egotistical people that you work for (or with), the politics, the unhealthy environment, if it is overwhelming, why on earth would you risk your physical, mental and emotional health to stay in it? If you are unhappy in any area of your life, your world will respond to your unhappiness, nothing will seem right, everything looks dark and gloomy, and most likely you will bathe yourself in a big damp and cold negative bath each and every day, nothing grows with mould on it, only the mould manages to thrive. If you are unsatisfied with your life and you are not willing to do anything about it, your life will respond this dissatisfaction back to you, what else were you expecting? Discontent attracts discontentment! If you want to experience something other than what you wake up to every day, you are responsible for that change to happen. Perhaps simply start with changing your mind, notice how you talk to your Self. Are you constantly in a negative dialogue with your Self, if so, turn your thoughts around. No one thrives on negative self-talk, and besides, you are worthy of more don’t you think?  Don’t be afraid to listen to your intuition, if your intuitive nature is asking you to take a leap of faith, do it, and trust without a doubt it is the absolute right move to make.  Much love Annanda

Little Morning Sunshine (Blog) You Are More Than Enough..... Contrary to what you have thought, felt and known about yourself, you are indeed more than enough. This world we live in makes it easy for us to grow up with unhealthy self-esteem. Our society can cause unhelpful and negative refute how you feel about yourself, often in very destructive ways. We might spend our lifetime trying very hard to undo the damage that has been done, sometimes to no avail. Our Ego mind offers up no help at all, with its constant put-downs, excessive criticism and cynical comments, it can be very convincing of anything and everything negative. The Ego has its way of wiping out all that is positive in one clean sweep, a single word that comes to our mind can change the face of how we feel about who we are as a person, in less than a breath. Everything we have been conditioned to believe and that which is opposing in nature is, in fact, a lie or has been falsely spoken. Pessimism might very well have been the first word you spoke when you were a baby if you could have pronounced it. A great deal of what we learn as a child (depending on the circumstances) is not of an optimistic nature. The patterns that follow us to some degree involve rejection and this is where it starts. The programming of our mind takes years to perfect, and with the help of our choice in people, places, and things, it’s a job well done. Never or at least not often along the way do we ever say to yourself, ‘I am more than enough’! ‘I am all I need’, what if this had been our mantra when we were of an age before we began to deny yourself, perhaps a lot of our life would have turned out very differently. Without our experiences, good or not so good, you might say, you wouldn’t be who you are today, this is true, without a doubt life as we know is about trials, tests, challenges, and big heavy walls to chip away at. Even though you may never have believed before you are more than enough, the time has come for you to begin to believe it now. Being enough is knowing that you are sufficient, adequate, as much as necessary and more than an ample supply of who you are, what you give, how you love and how you live. The presence of your energy on this earth is as much a blessing as anyone else’s. Empower yourself with self-love and self-acceptance, and be a witness to your very own healthy and happy self-esteem, you deserve to feel worthy and more than anything else, you merit to feel more than enough. Little Morning Sunshine (blog) Noone Else Can Define You No-one Else Can Define You..... Along with my own journey of self-actualization, I have witnessed many great people discover their own paths to happiness and self-fulfillment. I have noticed many common themes emerge not only in myself but in others as well. One of the biggest fundamental truths in each of us who are walking a spiritual path is the realization that other peoples circumstances and opinions do not define who we are. You are indefinable. You are the only one in this world that is meant to get who you are. You know what you like and what you don’t like, what you need and what you don’t need, only you are allowed to have opinions about your Self. The judgments of others can only define you if you let them. Other peoples views of you don’t matter unless you take them to heart, it is your choice, to care or not to care what other humans say about you. Do not give away your power by putting energy into negative situations in your life or and certainly do not give your energy to negative people. Giving away the true essence of who you are to other people, places or things will take away the magic of who you are, you are not meant to let this happen to you. You are a beautiful human being here in this world trying to find your way. Every day you seek to better understand the meaning of your life. You long to discover your gifts so you may release them fully into the world, with the hopes of finding peace and happiness along the way. For some this deep-seated need is buried far below the surface and the Ego has more of a voice than the voice of our Soul. Our fears become our reality, daily pressures become the norm and facing society and all the responsibilities that come to us seem to take over the natural essence of who we are, it is difficult to smile when stress out weights everything else. You and I are not perfect, perfection is a man-made illusion, you are a beautiful imperfect being operating in an imperfect world, striving for perfection is a hollow goal. It is impossible for anyone else to define you, remember this and allow it to become your mantra, you are indefinable and only you have the right to decide what you want and what you don’t want in this life experience.  Much love and devotion Annanda

Little Morning Sunshine (Blog) Vulnerable...... Dangling from a well worn thin piece of leather hangs a pair of binoculars. They have been hanging on a hook in the hallway for so long a white coat of dust has gently settled on the hard black plastic of the two small telescopes fitted together side by side. The leather hide strap is worn, tattered dried out and frayed and soon will have to be replaced. No-one has cared much about what has dangled from the hook, not in a very long time it is safe to say. The binoculars were once used to sight a rare and precious bird that came to sit on the lower branches of the Valley Oak tree in the meadow out back of this homestead. Some years later the bird has long been extinct and so the field glasses hanging in the hallway have sadly been forgotten. What makes life so vulnerable? I wonder sometimes if humans will end up on the endangered species list as well someday! So many beings suffer from the symptoms of feeling vulnerable, their physical bodies in a constant fight and flight energy that is causing more harm than good. We live in a world governed by humans that keep breaking their promises. Laws are meant to keep the inhabitants of this planet protected, safe and secure. For centuries there has been a system of parliamentary democracy elected through those who represent not only the people but the nature of this earth as well, it seems in a world which should be evolving positively and intelligently, the show of control the people truly have is indeed a tyranny. Vulnerable is an epidemic, and sadly it looks like we are running out of medicine for the oppressive heaviness that weighs on the minds of the people. Social Media is overpowering, burdensome and unbearable, but it is an addiction among humans and is causing symptoms of a terrible disease, will there ever be a cure for Vulnerable? Until all human beings come together in unity with a consensus agreement to work towards solidarity there will be no remedy, healing or solution to the problems that plague this planet, should we wait until it is too late? Intelligent I am not, but intuitive I am and I agree like many others do, we are running out of time! Much love and devotion Annanda

Little Morning Sunshine (blog) It’s Not What We Don’t Do, It’s What We Do That Hurts Us....... Most people say, ‘it’s what we don’t do’ that keeps us from being happy, but I say it’s the opposite, ‘it is what we are constantly good at doing’, which keeps happiness never in our lap but always around the corner somewhere out of sight. You see the thing about being happy is so misconstrued, mostly because humans aren’t really even sure what it actually feels like, never mind being able to describe it, asking someone to narrate what happiness is can be the most awkward of conversations. Most often the state of being happy is explained in a future tense, not too often will anyone give you an account of past happiness, and more often than not will someone relate to happiness in present-day terms. Contentment is something we seem to always want to look forward to, ‘I can’t wait for…….then I’ll be happy’! Each and every day there are little gladness moments which show up for us, but what do we do, we miss out because we are too busy thinking about what will make us happy tomorrow. Our Ego isn’t one to laugh out loud all too often, our Egos enjoyment is to keep us caught up in thoughts of how life is wearisome and such a struggle at times. It’s difficult to allow our happy juices to flow through our veins when our thoughts don’t line up to open those floodgates. Happiness like any other emotion is a state of mind, pushing the Ego out of the way to allow your Self to feel something other than what you are usually thinking, takes stamina and practice. Becoming aware of your thoughts ultimately is what will bring resolution to your queries about happiness and where to find it. Opportunities to feel pleasure, joy, delight and blessed is commonplace, your belief to feel this way is only a matter of choice. Not every situation that arises can we turn around and make it positive at the moment, sometimes things happen that leave us in such distress and dismay. Life has its way of testing us and the state of happiness is often our biggest test of all. It is so often not what we aren’t doing but what we are doing that keeps us from feeling what we humans desire and pray for the most, simply to be happy.  Wishing you a mind free day.  Much love and devotion Annanda
