Little Morning Sunshine (blog) Who Are The LightWorkers?....... They are people driven and motivated to do work to assist in making the world a better place. They are here to help improve peoples lives, so they may elevate to a higher level of consciousness. Lightworkers feel like they don’t ‘fit in’ with the majority of the people in the world. They feel like they are different and most often misunderstood by most other humans, even their own family. Lightworkers believe they are here for a divine purpose, there is a constant feeling of inner urgency and restlessness within them until they find their way to their purpose. A Lightworkers childhood was often difficult, painful and lonely. Lightworker people are very compassionate, they always go out of their way to help others. These people are helpers, healers and people pleasers, even to their own detriment, it isn’t easy for a Lightworker to say ‘no’. They are incredibly empathic, meaning they can literally feel other peoples emotional states. Lightworkers tend to attract relationships that are unbalanced, they attract wounded people who need healing. It is important for Lightworkers to establish boundaries, this usually happens as they get older and a little wiser about taking care of themselves. Lightworkers crave love and acceptance, yet they have such a difficult time finding it. Although Lightworkers often feel lonely, they would rather spend time alone than hang out with people who don’t understand them. Lightworkers have little interest in many of the things that the masses are obsessed with, like sports, celebrity gossip, fashion trends ect. Lightworkers value peace and harmony, they dislike arguing and fighting to the point it may even make them feel ill. Lightworkers are not as materialistic as the general population, they don’t care much about status symbols and fancy expensive items such as cars, homes, furniture. They tend to have dreams that are very vivid and interesting, and as young children they may have seen angels, fairies and spirits some may still see them as adults. Lightworkers tend to suffer from ‘feeling down’, it isn’t easy for them to live in this world because there is so much mindlessness, destruction, disregard and violence. Lightworkers are here to help, people are drawn to their energies for that reason when the help is given and the work is done, it is time for the Lightworker to move on. Lightworkers seldom have many friends, the people that stay in the Lightworkers life till the end are very special indeed. The duty of the Lightworker is to keep their soul purpose at the forefront of their life, their job is to help this planet in any way possible to make it a better place. If you are a person who finds yourself spending more time alone because your social life is shrinking, you have a desire to relocate, perhaps to a place you have never been before, you feel lost in your career and have an inner sense that there is something else you are meant to do, you feel fed up and tired of your old life and you want a massive change, and/or you sense something big is about to happen but you feel like you are waiting and waiting, then likely you are a Light worker that needs to make his/her way to your new purpose. Perhaps the first step is to work on courage so you may come to accept who you are, because you are a divine spiritual being sent here to help in a very magical way. Satya May You Find Truth Annanda

Little Morning Sunshine (blog) Change, A Dirty Word....... Change, we humans shudder at the thought, what a nasty word and how ridiculous to think that anything in my life actually needs to change, ‘everything is fine’. If any of you reading this blog have an ailment of any kind, whether it be a full-blown illness, or something as simple as an ear infection, a sore neck, an ingrown toenail or an itchy scalp, I can guarantee that there is something going on in your life that is out of balance. We are meant to use our physical body as a vessel, to enable us to travel spiritually in this life experience, the problem is if we are not traveling properly or even at all on our spiritual quest, our vessel at some point will begin to cease up, just like a car would if left in a garage idol for a number of years. What if you were to trust that every ache and pain in your body had something more to tell you than just something to complain about! We are a human vessel made up of skin, bone, muscle, a circulatory system, and some pretty major organs, but we are also an incredibly vast array of energy as well. Just because we can not see the energy that rotates within and without our body doesn’t mean it does not exist. If the energies of the oceans are out of balance they become destructive tornado’s, if the energies in our physical body become unstable it creates an illness. When something inside of us becomes unhinged enough to cause us sickness or disease it's time to make a change. So what is the lesson here, would it be safe to say there may be a more natural remedy to help heal what ails us, I do believe so. Everyone should know a little something about the energies that travel within their bodies, this knowledge should be as mainstream as learning how to drive a car. If more people adopted the concept that every physical complaint had something to teach them about change, there would be less of a requirement for medicine, drugs (and alcohol). If you want to heal where you are hurting physically then it is time for you to understand where you are hurting emotionally, obviously, your internal energies are out of order. Don’t wait another day longer, embrace the courage to do something to help yourself, if you don’t, no one will. Much love Annanda

Little Morning Sunshine (Blog) Sorry Has Its Time And Space (Part Two)....... After a reliable meditative bike ride on the esplanade along the beach, I was able to make sense of the message the Universe channelled to me while on my way. My higher power asked a question, ‘why are you saying sorry so much’, and it gave me pause to ponder, why was I using that word when it isn’t one that I particularly like? Sorry has its time and space, sorry I clumsily stepped on your toe for example, but the sorry I had been using far too often while here in Australia, didn’t seem to fit that description. Would you agree that it is a natural reaction for us humans to be over-sensitive in unfamiliar territory? The intuitive senses are heightened, mental perceptions are keener and our sensitivity to other peoples energies, through their glances, gestures and dialogue are fully cognizance that much more. There is no doubt since I arrived here in Australia my Ego came along for the ride with me, also feeling refreshed and rejuvenated from the magnificence of the climate and culture. Although I am very aware of my Ego and it’s mind games it had managed to elude me in some thinking that I wasn’t particularly noticing myself. When I took the time to ponder on my overuse of the word sorry in recent, I realized my Ego had been trying to convince me that I wasn’t a welcome guest here in Australia, I was an unwanted visitor, an illegal alien indulging selfishly on what didn’t belong to me. Unbeknown to me every time I had willingly said ‘sorry’, it was my condescending Ego voice reminding me of my undesired attendance. This of course, in reality, is not the case at all. Australians are naturally warm, caring and very social beings. They easily strike up a conversation with anyone of a different culture, their curiosity for what lies across the ocean in other lands is heartwarming. Sorry most certainly has its time and space, but we should never be sorry for feelings that come from our Ego, it is the heart of who we are that takes precedence in the World, where ever in the World our feet are grounded. Little Morning Sunshine (Blog) Sorry Has It’s Time and Space (Part One) (Personal Sentiments)....... I decided to meditate yesterday, so I hopped on my bike and took off on the Esplanade alongside the ocean. I always receive my best messages from the Universe when I am outdoors doing some form of physical activity. Yesterday was no different, the peaceful serenity of my surroundings, the ocean breeze and the sweet smell of the sea made for a full on open channel to my intuition. The telepathic communication began to pour in and as it did I recognized there was one word that seemed to stand out in my head, actually it felt like something was shouting it to me. Sorry was the word, it was loud and clear and so was the message that it came with. My feet were peddling slowly, the traffic on the concrete path was light so the atmosphere was calm, the perfect scenario for the Universe to assist me with deciphering it’s intelligence to me. What was brought to my attention was really interesting indeed, because it is something I have been doing here in Australia since I arrived, without any realization of it. The Universe’s message I received actually came as a question, ‘why are you saying sorry so much’? Mmmmm, I gave it some thought as I peddled along. Contemplation is a beautiful thing, especially when you are acting out a form of meditation, stuff in our head can begin to make so much more sense, so my bicycle journey that morning proved to be such a gift. An offering granted by our Higher instinct is a valuable gift most undeniably. Sorry is a word I very seldom use. I have written blogs about ‘sorry’ before and my sentiments in regards to, so when sorry was highlighted in my intuitive message the Universe had my attention. After several minutes of musing over the question that I was asked (by the Universe), I started to receive some answers. I had in fact been overusing the sorry word and it appeared I would soon understand why. Wow-zers, I was taken by surprise by what intuitively came to me as an explanation. Follow me tomorrow and find out why! Much love and devotion Annanda

Little Morning Sunshine (blog) Stuff That Can Move You To Tears...... A stirring deep inside our body progresses like a fast moving river after a torrential rainfall. The motion of aroused senses become increasingly active and within minutes tears fill our eyes. What has stimulated our Soul so deeply, why are we so emotionally-charged? There are many ways in which our Spirit becomes inspired, for each of us the inspiring is unique. The gentle vibrational rhythms of a song, sweet and tender music, a theatre performance, a heartfelt poem or a movie may provoke our mind, whatever it is, creativity has a way of stimulating the senses of a human in deep and profound ways. E-motions, are swift and rapid sensations deriving from circumstances or moods, feelings that become overwhelmed through instinct or intuitive reasoning, e-motions are intense responses from our Soul that are meant to be expressed, released and observed. If we hold back, swallow and ignore our sentimental Self we are depriving our Spirit opportunities to express an authenticity that should not be kept secret. Passion, compassion, warmth, excitement, sadness, sorrow, excitement and elation are bountiful offerings that come from our Soul, sentimental gifts to allow us the ability to express our Self from the core of our being. Some humans on this earth are more turbulent than others, their hearts become heated, wildly explosive, emotions unrestrained, they have no trouble releasing their expressions from within. Weeping, sobbing, wailing, tears are never enough for those who feel beyond infinity. What moves you to tears, what makes you shiver and shake with laughter, shriek and roar with anger or fear? We would not be human if we knew nothing of emotion. As I look into the sky I watch the clouds hover as they levitate magically overhead, their tender and kindly structures resemble images that arouse emotion, and so as I watch with wonderment, I begin to cry, beautiful tears of peaceful emotion, to be a human is a precious gift indeed. Much love and devotion Annanda
