Rich and delicious Broccoli and Cheddar Cream Soup with florets of broccoli, old cheddar cheese and finished with two creams and white wine. All of our soups are fairly condensed, so you can easily add more milk to turn it from a 1lt jar into 40oz of soup. I have also used this as a finishing sauce on Stuffed Fillet of Sole Florentine as well. Perfect with a side of rice or one of our Artisan Breads to dip into the soup and sop up any dribbles left in the bottom of your bowl! It's great served with a fresh garden salad on the side.

Hello fellow foodies! This week we were inspired to make Mac and Cheese and have added it to our list, perfect for this time of year. We use extra old Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Habanero cheese, cream and white wine, topped with parmesan and panko for a nice crisp. Just bake and serve. The Cheese sauce is once again available on its own as well in 1 LT jars.

One of our favourite easy recipes has always been an easy baked pork tenderloin – it's hearty, rich and delicious, super easy to make, and soooooo delicious.
We have added Lethbridge Premium Pork Tenderloins to our shop. There are two in a package and a nice size. One pack will be enough for 4 people. There is no grading system to pork, so these are what the restaurant industry refers to as "White Marble". They are so tender with a delicate flavour.
I love searing them in a pan on high heat, removing them to rest and make a quick mushroom sauce in the same pan. Slice the loins into medallions and serve on a bed of the sauce with pasta or rice. Outstanding!
