Dear Clients.
This is an open letter to announce that after many years, we have been forced to finally raise our prices to compensate for higher fuel charges and rates across the board.
We have strived to keep our prices the same but things have changed over the years. So in order to stay profitable, and cover expenses, our rates will increase by approx $10.00.
We also find that we will be narrowing our Territory of Service to 1.5 hours drive from our main office only.

This map is now our main catchment area.. Outlying property clients will not be serviced unless we can arrange 3+ clients in your immediate area to make a cost effective travel time, or there may/will be an additional fuel surcharge added to your fee if you are the only one in your area.
IE Parry Sound area / North of Bala / West of Collingwood / South of Bradford / E of Highway 12 and South of Sunderland / Durham Region

Dealing with AIM Chimney for a new wood stove insert was a painless process and it has worked out very well.
The Osburn 2000 was a replacement for our other insert.
We now have a beautiful insert throwing lots of heat and we are pleased. The two installers ( Jared and Carter /grandsons of the owner ) are so well mannered and they explain everything.
The place was left clean and tidy.
In the Office, Yvette is a good communicator and keeps you in the loop. 5 Stars for sure
