NOTICE OF PRICE INCREASES

Due to the rising costs of doing business / fuel, etc
we will be increasing our fees for those clients outside of
a 1 hour radius of our main location
This will include all clients South of Hwy 89 and into the Greater Toronto Area
Durham Region and Surrounding areas South/ East of Orillia/Brechin

Dear Clients
As we swiftly approach the busiest time of year, please remember to book ahead for your fall and winter Sweeps.
We are currently booking 6-10 weeks out, depending on your area.
So please call early to get in before the snow flies.

Holiday properties with water only access, will now be booked into the spring of 2023.
We also regret to inform you that,

Properties South of Highway 401, (Toronto) will no longer be serviced after December 31, 2022.
