Have you tried Chair Yoga? Join us Tuesday at 2:30 PM at The Yoga House!This is a gentler practice of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing while using the chair for support. Chair yoga is perfect for those who may have physical limitations or those who may have difficulty getting up and down from the floor or anyone who wants to try it. This practice allows everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga.
