NEW!!! Kundalini Yoga begins Monday, July 18th 6pm - 7:15. 7 week session but drop ins are welcome.
This series is designed to introduce you to the basic concepts and key asanas (postures) of Kundalini Yoga. You will learn the proper way to use your breath, learn core kriyas ( specific set of exercises designed to have a certain effect), experience meditation and chanting.
