Hi Marjorie, I wanted to send a huge thank you to all the staff and residents at the Villa for making Mum’s first week so awesome. Last night’s folk music presentation was a real pleasure – great job organizing – and a perfect example of how you engage the residents and their families. From the very first time we walked through the doors to check out if this was the right place for Mum we have been so appreciative of everyone’s care and attention. Your professionalism and friendly, caring manner were immediately evident and are a credit to the Villa and Jarlette Health Services. You were certainly right about how welcoming the residents would be and along with Mum’s positive attitude about her new home the transition has been relatively smooth. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you. It seems too often we are all quick to criticize, but don’t take the time to say a simple thank you and applaud a job well done ! Jennifer

Thanks for everyones compassion and helpfulness with Dad. We made his last few weeks pleasant for him. As everyone was kind, and often going above and beyond. Thank you for the amazing care you and your staff gave Mom and also all the extra attention she received. Unfortunate that she declined because I really wanted her to stay with you. The Lodge is just a wonderful facility where the guests feel like they are at home. I would recommend it for sure. Thank you. Susan
