What Triple Tech is doing regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. The health & well-being of our employees, customers and community is our top priority. We recognize that our local community members will still need emergency plumbing, heating and electrical services during this time. We are taking the following precautionary measures to minimize any potential risk, while still servicing our customers:
1.We have closed our showroom to walk in traffic. Please call in to book service or make payments. 705-333-8324
2. We have sanitized everything in our showroom, office & shop areas; and will continue to do so.
3. We will not be booking any non-essential services (i.e. residential maintenance work) until approximately the first week of April.
4. Our technicians have all been given cleaning products to use on job sites as needed.
5. We will continue to do emergency residential service, but will take every precaution to keep our technicians and customers safe. Please note; this may include avoiding shaking hands, wearing face masks and using cleaning products at their discretion.
