I would like to make a recommendation that I hope would be reviewed and considered.

Firstly, the station is very well run and the workers are very friendly and professional, but I believe what I'm about to suggest requires improvement.

When line-ups are long, many people get frustrated and leave. It would be a great idea to have a staff member walk down the line and direct the vehicles that only have recyclables and direct them to the allocated bin. This can be effectively and safely done while maintaining social distancing.

These vehicles do not need to go on the weigh scale. It would shorten the main line and be an efficient use of everyone's time.

On the flip side, recyclables can always be left at one's residence for curb side pick up, but not everyone wants to leave documents with personal information on it by the curb.
