Gentle Yoga


Description

This relaxing class explores breath and movement with a slow moving series of postures allowing the body and mind to absorb the benefits that each posture. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and participate at a level that energizes and opens the body with ease and comfort. Yoga props such as bolsters, straps and chairs may be utilized by those who need support holding the postures. All postures done in this class can be adjusted to accommodate those with limited upper body strength, joint conditions or other mobility issues. Those without specific physical limitations can also participate in this class and perform the postures in their complete form.
