Hatha Yoga - All Levels


Description

Suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners, this class explores a variety of yoga poses (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana).  Modifications will be provided so that all students work at their own pace and level.  Proper alignment and mindful actions of the body can be found through the holding of poses. Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.
