All Levels Yoga Class


Description

Come to the your mat for an All Levels class Wednesday evening, Thursday morning (9:30am) and Thursday evening 5:15pm.  Classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners.  Modifications will be provided so that all students work at their own pace and level. Proper alignment and mindful actions of the body can be found through the holding of poses. Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.
