I was extremely impressed with Leonard's services, he took the time to get to the bottom of the issue I was having with my Gaming PC. I have to admit, he wasn't the first place I brought my beast of a machine to, but he will certainly be the only one looking after my computer needs from now on. After visiting one of the other local Computer Repair shops, being quoted a ridiculous fee just to look at the unit, and having the computer returned to me, un-repairable, with no offer of a rebate on the work they had failed to do. I was rather discouraged. I was referred to Parker Technical Consulting by one of their current clients, then sent an email off in hopes of breathing new life into my computer. Mere hours later, I received a reply and by the end of the next day, I was back to gaming again. And at a fraction of what the other shop had charged me to do nothing! Thanks again.

Leonard is a dependable, trustworthy, knowledgeable technician who gets the job done. And if you don't understand computer jargon, just say so - he'll happily explain it in a way that normal people understand. Fantastic technician!!!
