Mindful Yoga
Description
Mindful Yoga This 90 minute class will focus on increasing self-awareness through movement and breath awareness. Transitions between asanas (postures) are slow and done at your own pace. The class is great for building strength and flexibility of both mind and body. All levels are welcome and students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
