Certified Professional Cancer Coach Program
Description
Lead by Jennifer Turner MA Psych
All of us at some point in our lives will have the unfortunate experience of watching a loved one or a client, become destroyed by cancer. We'll feel powerless and despondent as we watch day to day; his life, spirit and body weaken to the point of welcoming the end. But what if you didn't have to? What if you had within you, the knowledge and the empowerment to help this person become physically and emotionally strong? To inspire this person with hope, dignity and healing? What if you could provide the professional guidance to help him integrate simple but powerful tools to accelerate a healthy and long term recovery? You'd do this wouldn't you?
In this program you will learn how. You will become proficient in the 6 Steps to Recovery from Cancer. You alone, as a cancer coach, will have the amazing ability to transform the suffering of your own or of others into a rewarding journey of hope and healing. A journey that will encourage freedom from side effects, risk factors, secondary cancers and cancer recurrence. A journey to discovering the secrets of a healthy, cancer free life by eliminating those factors that caused the cancer to take hold.
We are delighted and very fortunate that Jennifer Turner MA Psych is our resident teacher for this programme. Jennifer has years of experience with the Ottawa Cancer Foundation and the Ottawa Integrative Cancer Centre in addition to her private practice guiding cancer patients to wellness.
"We have been fortunate enough to attract students from all over the world who are in medicine, oncology, psychology, nursing, naturopathy, nutrition and more. We have certified staff at regional cancer foundations and oncology hospitals in North America, and continue to be sought out to provide integrative oncology programs throughout the USA and Canada. This program is excellent."
