Friday: October 31st
Arrive between 5-6, get settled, dinner, 6:30. 7:30 Intro Circle, Planting Your Seed of Transformation, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra with a splash of Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki! Samhain Bonfire for Letting go and Manifesting!

Saturday: November 1st
8:45-10:15 Feminine Flow Yoga with Sunny, Meditation with Leigh
10:30 Breakfast
11:15-2pm free time and Private Thai Yoga Massage (Sunny), Reiki or Karmic Readings (Leigh)
2-3 Lunch
3:15-4:15 Connect with Nature, Connect with You hike and meditation (optional)
6-7 Dinner
7:15-9:15 Yin Yoga with Sunny, Yoga Nidra with Leigh

Sunday: November 2nd
8:30-10:30 Kundalini Yoga for Transforming Outdated Patterns & Reconnecting with your higher Self and Purpose with Leigh, closing and sharing circle
10:45 Farewell Brunch
12-3 free time and Private Sessions with Sunny or Leigh
