First of all I would like to thank them for wrecking our holidays. 1 night to wake up to construction right in front of our site at 6 am in morning drove from home just turn around and go back. Then all they would do is give back one night. Not even a 12 hour stay

I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a bad review after I had responded to your email. We take good and bad reviews seriously.
We were unaware construction would be happening a street over. We only received a phone call at 8pm the night before that they would be arriving at 7:30am. As mentioned, we would have preferred it to happen in a few weeks, but the paving company needed to get started.
In my email to you, I had asked if everything went ok with your refund for your two-night stay. I never did receive a response. If you would like to respond privately to the email I had sent you, we can possibly figure out a way to correct this.
