I find the store in itself is failing , always not enough stock has changed a lot since new owners ..I get so frustrated and angry

Mitch is an amazing tech up along side of Sheila they know their shit and very informative and quick.

We were in your store today for seniors day,went to check out and 10 plus people in line and only one cash open.
I left and my wife stayed,as I was going out the door 2 others said they just said to heck with this and said they would go to Pharmasave on there seniors day

If there was a minus rating system, this pharmacy would be -5. There isn't anything positive that I can comment about this pharmacy. We have experienced: 1) mis-filled prescriptions with improperly supplied dosages; 2) missed filling entire prescriptions that requirined a return visit and extensive wait to acquire our missed prescriptions; 3) numerous partially filled prescriptions requiring a return visit to pick up the remaining prescription; 4) misfiled prescriptions and subsequent phone call mistakenly accusing my wife or myself of removing the doctor's prescription from the pharmacy; 5) numerous intrusive marketing phone calls suggesting that we should re- order and refill our prescriptions; 6) mis-information regarding our ability to refill necessary prescriptions. The mistakes, inaccurate information, and general lack of attention to detail have eliminated any confidence we may have had in their ability to serve us properly and safely in this important aspect of our medical needs.
