I brought in an area rug to be cleaned and it came back BEAUTIFUL! I'm so pleased! On top of that when they asked me the dimensions of the rug so that they would know how much to charge, I gave them the wrong size. They phoned me to tell me that the fee would be less because the rug was smaller! How honest was that!? I would recommend them in an instant!
