Property Management

Professional Management of your property is critical to your investment. Our management team oversees all of the activities on the property, including all contractual arrangements, maintenance and its regular care.

We look after your property as though we owned it ourselves! Our strategy is to generate cash flow by reducing operating costs while improving service and communications with the residents.

Our goal is to create a strong sense of community within the buildings we manage.

  • Full accounting set up, including administration, budgets and regular reporting
  • Regular property inspections with detailed reports
  • Rent collection and related activities for all tenants
  • Rental services for all vacant and vacating units
  • Contract negotiations for all property services, including: lawn care; snow removal; boiler & HVAC; elevator; insurance
  • We oversee and arrange for all day to day services; emergency repair; apartment cleaning; common area maintenance; plumbing repairs; painting and minor repairs

Details of each of the services as outlined above are included in our agreement with you.

full Service Property Management varies. Condominium rates are on a "per door" basis. Different rates may apply; an inspection of your property is required.
