Awful service. Ruined my wedding band while sizing it and they refuse to take responsibility.  Totally rude and dismissive.  Unbelievably bad service. 

We have been dealing with Tan and Corrina for over twenty years. Purchases and repairs, custom wedding bands and hundreds of watch batteries(LOL) These two are so friendly, you feel at home just walking into the store. Tan works more hours than the day has and Corrina does as much as well as running their home. I wish them all the best and will always continue to refer customers to the because they are the best!

I took two rings in, one to be sized and one to be repaired. The one to be sized was also missing a small stone, but was barely noticeable so I didn't bother. When I got my rings back, not only had they very nicely done what I had requested, but they also replaced the small missing stone and I don't even think they charged me for it! Super-friendly folks and very nice work. Highly recommended!!

I have had 2 great experiences with Phoenix Jewelers. Over a year and a half ago, I needed a stand in wedding band for my husband, as his band was not going to be ready in time. They made one, did a fantastic job, and it was ready the next morning. Thanks so much for that. It was such a relief. I also purchased an amazing ring last January, and it gets compliments all the time. It is silver and black and looks likes waves and it is my favorite piece. I wear it every day!

Dear Tun and Corrine Compliments Plus!! is what I have been receiving on my gorgeous one of a kind cross that Tun created for my Birthday. I'd been looking for years for something very different and unique and although we do a quite a bit of cruising and I had explored a variety of stores in the British Virgin Islands, Europe and Hong Kong I was not able to locate my hearts desire. With the help of my husband we drew up a design and Tun did a magnificent job with his expert workmanship taking a design on paper and turning it into a reality. My tastes are very defined and I'm quite particular - and Tun, your skills and experince brought much more to this piece than I had expected. Thank you for the extra time you put in to this difficult project so willingly - we could clearly see, your aim is to please. We love it!!

I hadn't been into a jewellery store in a long while, but I finally got out some stuff I had in a safety deposit box, just a watch and some old gold. The watch needed and new battery and the gold I wanted to know how much it was worth. I brought it in and they had the watched fixed for me and appraised my old gold in under 3 minutes. Talk about service!!! All in a lovely atmosphere with helpful staff.

Number 1 in Jewlery stores! I've been buying from Pheonix Jewlery for about 6 years now, and havnt been disapointed with service once. The sales staff are amazing, personal, and informative while the owner is top notch. I have personally bought necklaces, bracelets, a ring and a watch from Tan (the owner)and had a couple of inherrited necklaces repaired by him. Also, my parents bought their wedding rings here. My girlfriend has also bought gold body jewlery and earrings from this location. I highly recomend stopping in to have a look around, the selection is impressive for the size of store, but they also have a large ordering cataloge and a second store in the GTA.
