On the recommendation of others we hired Phil's catering to prepare the meal for our daughter's wedding, Oct 2015. We were blown away by the delicious hors d'oeuvres, entrees, and desserts rolling out of the mobile trailer. Everyone raved about their 5 star meal served hot and efficiently by Phil's staff. We cannot thank you enough for making a dinner everyone praised !!
