In 2013 I became a Certified Coach Practitioner training with Certified Coaches Federation Canada and have searched for my calling in the coaching profession.

The Professional Development & DIRECTOR 2 DIRECTOR coaching programs will help fellow professionals find work / life balance, make positive healthy lifestyle changes, and have a continued support system in order to be successful personally and professionally. Together we look at the areas that require further support; through discussion, planning and implementation we are able to overcome barriers, and obtain our goals.
