Nan & Pop's Good Eats in Midland is your go-to spot for comfort foods! Rich and delicious Broccoli and Cheddar Cream Soup with florets of broccoli, old cheddar cheese and finished with two creams and white wine. All of our soups are fairly condensed, so you can easily add more milk to turn it from a 1lt jar into 40oz of soup. I have also used this as a finishing sauce on Stuffed Fillet of Sole Florentine as well.
Perfect with a side of rice or one of our Artisan Breads to dip into the soup and sop up any dribbles left in the bottom of your bowl! It's great served with a fresh garden salad on the side.

Hello fellow foodies! This week we at Nan & Pop's Good Eats in Midland were inspired to make Mac and Cheese and have added it to our list, perfect for this time of year. We use extra old Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Habanero cheese, cream and white wine, topped with parmesan and panko for a nice crisp. Just bake and serve. The Cheese sauce is once again available on its own as well in 1 LT jars.
