Friday 2023/06/23 again the Midland Mirror has not ben delivered at the georgian village in Penetaguishene on thurstday it just happens to many times lately your delivery person is not relyable, I am suppost to be notyfied via telephone when you are late, where is the phone call ? and who is in charge in your office? we have about 50 Seniors wayting for the paper they want to go shoping by Bus on friday morning.

Well it has been a month now. No paper. Call two or three times a week and also email now but still no results. What a disgusting company. I have started notifying the advertisers to let them know that their pages that they pay money for are not being seen by everyone. I am so mad at the moment words can’t explain.

We've asked for no delivery of this paper multiple times yet your delivery guy (who looks like a dirty Santa clause) keeps throwing it at the end of my driveway. Please stop delivery immediately!!

Cannot believe!
Your deliver our Mirror paper in an open plastic bag every week, rain or shine. We have received several papers which are beyond saving as they are wet through. Please tie the open end to keep the paper dry.
Also, what is your street address in Midland ON?

Keep having problems. Few weeks ago only received the fliers and no paper. Then the next week was ok. Then the last two weeks no paper t8ll late Friday. If there is a community problem going on a notice on social media would be good PR and alleviate customers anxiety

Paper is still not being delivered. Have emailed, phoned several times but no one calls back. Disgusting public relations. I would love to have a job where I ge5 paid for doing nothing

Terrible -terrible service. Again this week we received only half our paper. Sales from different retailers but not the mirror. These shenanigans have been going on for two years, Paper, half the paper and often enough nothing what so ever.

I have been a subscriber to the Mirror since April 2019 and have yet to receive the real Midland Mirror. Each week, I receive the free "Community Update" which urges me to subscribe. Four calls & 3 emails to TorStar customer service and still no Midland Mirror. I don't wish to cancel, I subscribed after all, but I'd like to know how to get this delivery issue resolved.

A big thanks! Our delivery of this great little paper had become later and later then not at all! I called customer service today and spoke to Christina. Not even 2 hours later, the paper was delivered as well as our whole street. Now THAT is great service! Thank you very much.

You are lucky . 5en weeks and only one paper delivered for Jephson, Richard and Elizabeth st. Call every week to district manager Daphne but she still can’t fix it. What a mess. A business that can’t do their job. Every week I also contact three of their advertisers to let them know that not everyone is receiving the paper and they are wasting their money.

I want to let you know that my carrier is incredible. I have mobility issues I asked her if she could throw my paper further up the driveway. She must have a good arm it is almost on my deck every week. I do not know her name but appreciate her kindness and want her acknowledged for her service

After 3 weeks of not receiving my newspaper, and leaving 3 messages with circulation, I think I may just have to give up. So much for customer service.

Midland is lucky to have the Mirror newspaper! The staff & service have always been excellent! Professional & efficient in all aspects. Brooklea has always appreciated the special attention to detail & creativity we have recieved. The Mirror 'team' are very enthusiastic & accommodating sponsoring charitable & non-profit groups. Kudos to you!

I think that this is a very well written local paper. I live in a lightly populated area well outside of time and appreciate the free delivery. I enjoy both the paper as well as the flyers.
