Went in a couple of weeks ago for a quote on new glasses. I was greeted and served in a friendly manner. They were very helpful and no high pressure sales pitch. Price was very reasonable for the quality I received. I'm very happy with my new glasses. I'm also glad to hear that Dave Carr is joining their team. I'm always pleased when I can support a downtown business. I recommend Midland Optical on Midland Ave. to anyone looking to get new eyewear. Jurgen Pape

My husband took an unexpected swim with his glasses on and they are still at the bottom of the bay. We immediately went to see Sladjana and not only did she order new glasses for him, she made it possible for him to get a pair immediately (single vision) to do until his others were ready. Now that's service!!! With a smile too. Thanks Sladj

After quite a negative experience elsewhere, midland optical and their staff, turned our day right around! With fun, friendly, and helpful presence, we left the store with smiles on our faces! Going so far above and beyond general guest relations, this is the place to get your glasses, exams, adjustments, and any of your optical related needs. People and businesses like these deserve our constant support, I will return to your store time and time again for as long as I wear glasses, and will refer anyone I know to you and your fantastic shop. Great job, and thank you so much for saving my day!

I had purchased a pair of glasses in a different area and needed to have them adjusted. Midland optical adjusted them free of charge. They were so pleasant that now I plan on ordering another pair of glasses from them. Thanks for wonderful service!

Sladjana is completely amazing! She is fun and friendly and puts customer service first! I recently purchased regular glasses as well as prescription sunglasses from her. We had some difficulty getting the sunglasses right - the prescription was correct, but the way they sat on my face made for some distortion. Sladjana worked with me, and with her lab, to change the material and reduce the prescription to accommodate how they sat - and got them perfect for me! Her prime concern is for her customer's satisfaction! I can't recommend her highly enough! Thanks, Sladj!
