This company is unreliable and totally unprofessional!! After agreeing to a regular cleaning schedule, they stood us up, refused to respond to messages and HUNG UP ON ME when I attempted to call to determine what the problem was. However I am really happy that I was able to determine their total lack of business etiquette and reliability BEFORE letting them into my home. BUYER BEWARE!
The Business Owner Replied:
Never hung up the phone, phone was on low battery and charger was unfortunately not available at time of call. And we did inform you that we were unavailable to come due to schedule, when you had contacted us
