Each year the famed MacLaren Art Centre in Barrie honors major contributors, and this year the honoree was our own John Hartman, for ‘his exceptional generosity and commitment to building arts communities and supporting the work of rising young artists. John is a great representative of the talent pool in our area, and a fantastic ambassador for The MCC’s successes also. Well-deserved! We are very proud of both you and your achievements John. How lucky are we to live in such a talented community, and to be blessed with the most successful Cultural Centre in Canada!
