Practice YOGA with Michelle, her classes have a balance of techniques, and introduces new and challenging movements weekly. Each movement flows into another and Michelle tells us that you only do what your body says it can, pain is not gain. In practicing with Michelle I have gained balance, less injuries when tripping or falling, mobility to hips and shoulders, stronger ankles, erect body posture, and breathing to reduce stress and anxiety.

Attending Michelle’s yoga classes weekly immensely help me with various health issues. I am stronger, more flexible and have more energy. Michelle is a gentle, respectful instructor allowing me to move at my own pace and providing hands on assistance when needed. Thank you Michelle for giving me the space to let my body move me.

I have been practicing Yoga with Michelle for a little over 2 years now, and have enjoyed every moment of it (even if I gave her a hard time sometimes) Michelle has helped me through some very tough life changes with Kundalini Yoga as well as "boot camp" yoga sessions. From our very first meeting, that was by "accident", I was expecting a different class, but stayed for hers, I have felt comfortable and able to relax and yes even started chanting out loud. Thank you Michelle for not only helping me reach yoga goals of touching my toes and touching my head to my knees, but for guiding me to my inerpeace through all the messes in my life. I look forward to to the future and am thankful you are in it.

Michelle has practiced reflexology on me with amazing results. I can only describe my demeanour post-visit as a lighter, more relaxed feeling in both spirit and mind. I would highly recommend her services and remain a dedicated customer. She has maintained a level of professionalism and expertise while also catering to an individualistic approach, enhancing the visit in a more spiritual way. Previous to these services, I had been skeptical. I have now felt the benefits for myself, thanks to Michelle's gentle guidance.
