We are an adult lifestyle, condominium townhouse community in Midland, Ontario. Our location on Shewfelt Crescent, Sarah and Jane Boulevards is just off Yonge Street a couple of blocks west of the Little Lake Park entrance.

Occasionally, one of our units is placed on the market. If you are interested in receiving information regarding sales of our condo units only, please contact our clubhouse at 705-527-6123 for more information. We have an office administrator who works on Fridays from 9:00 am to approximately 3:00 pm. When you call at other times, you will get the answering machine. We do check messages daily, so please leave your name and phone number. We will get back to you to provide the information you are seeking.
