Services
La Clé’s Employment Services offers bilingual employment services by Employment Ontario and financed by the Ontario Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development. It's your one-stop source of information about jobs, job search skills, training, education, and other services for employees and employers. We also assist individuals improve their professional training and reach their employment goals.

The employment centre offers:
Job Seeker Services:

• Assistance with job search
• Individual consultations and job coaching
• Better Jobs Ontario (formerly Second Career) and other training options
• Job matching
• Information on the local labour market
• Workshops:
  • resume and cover letter
  • practice interview
  • workplace training

Employer Services:

• Learn about how you can benefit from our hiring, training and apprenticeship incentives;
• Help you benefit from our direct financial support to purchase training for your employees and new hires through the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG);
• Attract and recruit qualified employees;
• Host and/or assist with job fairs;
• Access resources on the labour market, employment standards, health and safety regulations, etc.;
• Advertise your employment opportunities.

Location and hours
Located at 2 Poyntz Street, Unit 7 in Penetanguishenene (inside the Village Square Mall)
Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4:30pm.
Thursday evening modified hours: Anyone requesting an appointment between 4:30pm and 6pm, please register at the front desk 48 hours prior.
