King Place, established in 1987, is a bungalow-style retirement residence in the picturesque resort town of Midland, Ontario. This is retirement living in the heart of cottage country, close to the shores of Georgian Bay.

We feature 68 Independent Living suites in a range of styles. King Place is known for its warm environment, with a focus on wellness, safety and hospitality. That spirit extends to our strong local connections, with King Place supporting many local arts, cultural and civic events. Each year, King Place also opens its heart and its doors by hosting a luncheon for seniors in need during the holiday season.
