Since 1987 our focus has been on constructing high-quality homes while embracing modern building technologies.  

The success of this approach and the valuable experience we have developed over the last twenty years has grown Innovative Home Design to fifteen employees with a permanent office in Penetanguishene, Ontario.  

Our extensive experience designing plans, the option of energy-efficient R-2000 construction, and our ability to provide engineering services through Quantum Engineering are just a few of the features that set us apart.  

From small projects to plans to large estate homes, we are focused on meeting our clients' needs while exceeding their expectations.
