It seems today that many businesses have lost a grasp on customer service. Not the case at Huronia Steel Sales & Building. These folks just get it. I faced a serious dilemma and they brought calm and expertise to the table, resolving the issue with speed, efficiency and kindness. I would not hesitate to give this firm the highest rating. I have managed some large scale projects inside and outside of Toronto and these folks could teach suppliers and trades what it means to make a client feel special.

worst customer service i have ever received in my life. the woman providing service treated me like i was a complete moron from the moment i purchased the metal roof to the follow up phone call i made inquiring about a possible installation guide. i dropped a over 1500 at this place and i wish i had never given them my business.
The Business Owner Replied:
I must apologize for any confusion you may have received from my company and I can assure you our customer service is one of the highest in the area. I do believe I did phone this customer back to answer his questions and concerns regarding the installation of his product but did not get a response. I can only assume everything is alright and he has no problems with us at all.
