I took a senior citizen from Hillcrest Village over for an appointment. Great service & care. Peter has severe mobility issues and required a re-fit for his new classes and it was difficult for us to get him back. Lisa was kind enough to go over to Hillcrest on her lunch hour, got tested, and re-fitted Peter. Not often you receive this type of service. Good for Lisa and good for Iris,,,,,,,,,,Well done! Thank you.

Unbelievable during business hours, NOBODY answers the main phone number ??.

Sorry for your frustrations, it is good to be busy but sometimes it is overwhelming here at the clinic the staff and clients. If you get our answering machine please leave a message, they are checked 3-5x day but it may take up to 24hrs for a response. If it is an emergency all messages are triaged in a timely fashion. We do appreciate your business!
