I have taken Cheryl's courses and she is an excellent teacher! I've learned a great deal from her and have experienced much personal growth through these experiences. I highly recommend her services.

Cheryl is a caring, extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, compassionate professional. She has the ability to make everyone feel comfortable and safe when in her presence. She ensures that each individual feels special and her work ethic is superb. I highly recommend Cheryl whether for one on one healing, group workshops or for her CD. You will absolutely be thrilled and feel better for having her in your life.

Both Cheryl and Dino are genuine, warm, and compassionate. Truly wonderful human beings that create a positive, warm, welcoming space. Very knowledgeable on many subjects and always do their best to help in any way they can. Time spent in a class, workshop or healing session is always positive and rewarding.

Cheryl and Dino inject all their work and professional services with a deeply held respect and concern for their clients. I have taken several courses and workshops with Cheryl and have found her to be an outstanding and generous teacher, mentor and caregiver. Cannot recommend Here and Now Health highly enough. I have had the privilege to attend two workshops run by Cheryl. I found both were filled with information and some historical stories as to how essential oils were/are used. The first session I attended I was able to try a Reiki treatment with Dino. Never had one before and truly worth it. I highly recommend you attend one of her workshops. Thank you Cheryl.

Cheryl is a highly personable and knowledgeable person. She has a magnetic personality and her creativity and excellent work ethic shine through in all her endeavours. Her reiki and meditation workshops were very informative and her new Meditation CD is definitely worth purchasing!!
