My review is for the terrible way I was treated when I called to see if they could hem a dress rush for me. She chastised me and said, "Why would you leave this for the last minute? Do you think you're the only person in the world that needs sewing? WOW!! Seriously? A simple, "Sorry I can't help you would suffice." I will never use this service in the future.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience with us. We'd be happy to discuss your concerns and hope that you'll reconsider using our services again in the future. For reference, we typically recommend allowing at least three to four weeks for dress alterations (this can go up or down depending on the complexity of the alterations). Although we can provide rush services, please keep in mind that every alteration takes time to perform; even a rush alteration can take a few days because it has to take place in parallel with alterations that were promised to other customers. If possible, we recommend that customers provide as much time as they're able to. Even if you've not purchased or received the garment to be altered, giving us a call ?to indicate when you're able to drop it off and when the alterations are to be complete allows us time to coordinate our workload to meet your timelines (and those of our other customers). Again, we're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied and hope that you'll consider working with us again in the future.
