When you have Celiac Disease or are Gluten-Intolerant, you often are faced with the decision of what to have for special occasions.  There are very few bakeries that are equipped to Gluten-free baking where you can pick up a Birthday, Shower, or Anniversary cake.  

This cake is probably the BEST Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake that I have ever tasted.  It is the density of a moist, chewy brownie.  It can be decorated with any fruit that you wish.  This one is made for someone who also wanted it to be dairy-free.
