James and his staff have worked on several vehicles and supplied tires for a few of them. I can not remember feeling comfortable enough not to even ask the price before agreeing to what they suggest is the necessary work that Needs to be done. So nice to deal with a local business owner that works to get repeat business by being fare.

Started going to Gignac's about 7 or 8 years ago and always liked that my vehicle was taken care of quickly. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a day. I am also on a tight budget so Jim would make sure to let me know what needed to be done, how much it would cost etc. before going ahead with the repair. When I went back to driving a pre-owned vehicle, I knew I'd go back to Gignac's.

Honest, reliable - not the adjectives most people use when describing mechanics, but that's exactly what you will find at Gignac's. With 4 older vehicles in the family, we need the services of someone who will do the job right the first time for the best possible price. James is always up front with us and gives us options, if he can. We know that if he says a job has to be done, it has to be done. On the flip side, he doesn't make up problems either. If it's a minor fix, that's all that's done. We cannot recommend Gignac's highly enough!
