Rowing is one of the best all-round exercises. Its fluid movement incorporates the legs, back, arms, shoulders and hands. And the current growth in the sport is an indicator of the appeal to all age groups and interests. One can row a few times a week with friends or put in a hard practice every morning with your competitive partner - the choice is yours. The Georgian Bay Rowing Club offers programs for youth, adult men and women and university students. Our friendly learn-to-row programs for all would-be rowers from 12 years of age to seniors run at convenient times throughout the summer.
