About Us
Georgian Bay Drafting and Design is a building design company based in Penetanguishene that provides clients designs throughout Ontario. We create building drawings for permit and construction based on any and all information from the client, whether it is a base floor plan they saw somewhere and would like the working drawings created from them, or would like to work hand in hand with us to create something completely from scratch. We cover the architectural design, structural design, and mechanical design to cover all of the heating, cooling, and ventilation requirements and unique needs of the client. We also cover the base municipality zoning requirements to create a working site plan that will be adequate for the zoning approval. For any existing conditions, remodels, additions and alterations, we cover those as well, however they do require an initial site meeting to kick off the process due to needing to know all of the existing conditions and measurements.
