I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the services of John Swan. He said he would call and didn't call for over a week. A document was needed to provide for a lawyer, so he scheduled a day and time, HE chose both and then never showed up. We called his office 30 minutes after he was supposed to be at our home and his office attendant said that he apologizes, but he has yet to call and apologize himself. We took time off work to accommodate his schedule and he didn't have the common courtesy to pick up the phone. Very very disappointed. Would not recommend him to anyone.

Swan appraisals apologizes for the miscommunication regarding this one isolated incident. This was an unfortunate circumstance of computer error where the appointment was rejected out of our system and was not documented. This is not common practice for our firm. It was a technical mistake. A return call was attempted but with no success. To help with the above client's aggravation, our firm would gladly reschedule an appointment with a 50% discount on the appraisal service and Swan Appraisals would pay the HST.
