This little bit of heaven on earth will mesmerize you with its tranquil setting and its brilliant sunsets. The water level is deep and perfect for docking and swimming. You can explore the property’s three plus acres, which will take you to the cliff with another lovely view of Beausoleil Bay. Or, venture a short distance to any of the beautiful sites on Beausoleil Island National Park with picnic areas and nature trails. It can’t get any better.

It only takes 10 minutes by boat to Honey Harbour that offers up grocery stores, liquor/beer store, lovely retail shops, marinas and gas pumps, not to mention great dinning.

The cottage is newly constructed with an open concept design of 912 square feet. It contains two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and both rooms have a view of the bay. Add on another 380 square feet for the attached screened in porch plus an extensive outdoor deck for more outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is one large bathroom with full vanity, bathtub with shower along with stackable washer and dryer.
