Called for a service call, waited in for 1.5 days then was told service rep. would be there next morning, called at noon telling them that he had not showed & that we had waited and would be back by 2:30 which we were. The service rep. came and left before 2:30.He then came next morning spent 20 minutes installing the $405.00 part.I was charged $1059.36.....$654.36 for 2 service calls. When I questioned the 2 service calls the owner said there would be a credit, BUT NEXT TIME TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I certainly will!

Had to have a new furnace installed. Was getting the run around from other companies. Kris, the service guy was incredible, very professional, respectful, hard working and very nice to deal with. Highly recommend Fred Hook Ltd. Excellent customer service. Thank you Kris.

Guy came over to determine why our furnace was off and on many times before reaching thermostat temp. There for 10 minutes max. Said we need to use different filters, done. Sound like a quick inexpensive visit? $143!!! Call them if you're fine with being ripped off or print your own money.

The staff at Fred Hook was amazing to our business when one of the fridges in the store went down. They came as soon as the could and were professional. I would highly recommended them for any of your heating cooling and refrigeration work Thank you again Jennifer Bujold of Simply Cakes and Sweets

I know that this company has been around Midland for a long time, and I am quite surprised that no reviews have been made on this site. In short, Fred Hook Ltd helped me out on a residential installation that another local company did not complete to my satisfaction. I was very appreciative.
