Or be pro-active and have an inspection done as part of your due-diligence before you list. Any home that has been inspected before it is listed won't be subject to that condition for closing, giving the purchaser a reason to back out at the last minute!! We have an HVAC division so we can assess your system for you ( it is the most important component in your home) and we can service it before the sale is final. I will beat most estimates by 20%. We also do home renovations, decks and property management, local cottage rentals and just about anything to do with the home.
