All services are FREE at the YMCA Employment Service in Midland and include one-on-one appointments and help from a Job Coach to help you get back to work! We also have: a job board,  computers for resume and cover letter preparation, internet access, career assessment tools, and no charge job search fax and photocopies.  Services are available in English and French.

Employers can use the YMCA Employment Service to post their jobs for free on the job board and also to access other services such as the matching and placement of qualified candidates, job trials and financial hiring incentives as well as apprenticeship incentives.
