He is honest, reliable and a true professional. We set-up the appointment, he showed up on-schedule and ready to work, took the time to completely explain what he was going to do and did it. Cleaned up when he was finished, gave us excellent advice on Duct maintenance and we set-up another cleaning for a future call. Presented us with an invoice , which we happily paid, based on his telephone quote. I did give him the opportunity to increase the quote if he ran into unanticipated problems, he refused and stuck to his original quote, talk about honest.. You're search is over.
