This rating is for Den Mar Farms .. .Not Den mar equestrian. The prior Boarding barn was quite good and inclusive enviroment.. my prior experences were positive .Emily is a great coach..Sadly not at this barn anymore.

Not only are horses being feed in piles on the dirt .(COLIC) If a horse fails to come down they miss out on that feed ...But as was my experience People are missing bags of feed at a time ,I personally was missing two bags of feed in two days $60..gone and no one could explain where they had gone .. .My horse did not eat 50 lbs of feed in two days ..Any inquires re this was met with vagueness,..no investigation into why and where ...I belive the Barn manager aught to have investigated and resolved this issue..but it's is a long term and ongoing problem . POOR MANAGEMENT..& lack of ethics..!

Poor communication ,no confidential, no transparency, no honesty ,Barn manager lacks flexibility.. Uses the lesson children to train her greens..Which has resulted in injury to the students.. Not enough supervision, part board or full board is not following their page statements re costs . The vet tech( unregistered) is not on property as stated.. What used to bed a nice place to board ,has become all about the money ..and those who will pay ...Really there is no effort to deal with just boarders..It all about lessons and leasing the barn managers horses and lesson horses.. It all starts out superficially supportive and family oriented..Not the fact...!..Dont get manipulated.. Lies are a common & constant ..
