If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I made a well-timed and specific time call for a medical appointment. Not only did they not arrive, after several calls all I got from dispatch was, "oh, we're really busy". What is the point of making a time call? I missed my appointment, which has caused me a great deal of distress. The only customer service I received was from the driver who offered to waive the fare due to circumstances. The company did not care at all.

Worse cars in Midland unless you're a smoker and dont care how smelly the cabs are! There is no amount of Febreeze on this planet that will help the stench! My child has asthma and will never get into one of your cabs!! The last time I got into one of your the female cab driver talked on her cell phone the WHOLE time!! In case you forgot is illegal!! The sad thing is other cabbies from other cab companies know who she is by name! For the sake of your reputation I hope she is gone. Even out and about in Midland cabbies are even smoking in their cabs!!
